Vincent Rupp joined Tortoise as a regional consultant in 2011. 

Previously, Vincent was a regional vice president at Ivy Funds, where he covered wirehouse, independent and bank channels in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Delaware. Before that, Vince held positions as an internal sales specialist for Waddell & Reed/Ivy Funds and as a client services specialist at Waddell & Reed.

Vincent has a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Communications Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Avila University in Kansas City. He has passed the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 exams.
