Jacob Ford

Jacob Ford
Consultant – Northeast

Jacob Ford is a regional consultant in the private client group at Tortoise. His responsibilities include developing the sales channel for the firm’s products in the New York City metropolitan area. Jacob has more than 10 years of industry experience. Previously, he was an assistant vice president – financial solutions adviser at Merrill Edge, where he provided clients with financial planning services and investment and risk management strategies. He also spent time on the American Century Investments intermediary sales desk, supporting North and Central California wirehouses and RIAs. Jacob studied economics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is currently pursuing the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) certification. He also holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Jacob is a member of the Saint Luke’s East Hospital Ambassador Board. He spends his spare time with his wife and two daughters, is an avid KC Royals fan and enjoys running.
