Lisa Anderson *

Ms. Lisa Anderson joined the firm in 2007. She is a solicitor of England and Wales, and a non-practicing barrister. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Anderson was a partner at the U.S. law firm, Jones Day, where she specialized in tax and investment funds. Previously, she worked at the U.K. law firm, Freshfields, specializing in cross-border tax planning. Whilst in private practice with Jones Day and Freshfields, Ms. Anderson structured and established a number of investment funds using U.K. and U.S. limited partnerships, and Irish and Luxembourg investment vehicles; these included investment funds for CBRE Investors and LaSalle Investment Management. Lisa earned her Masters in Laws (LLM) in Tax and International Finance from the London School of Economics.
