Brad Hilsabeck

Mr. Brad Hilsabeck is a retired partner and former chief executive officer of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC (GMO). Mr. Hilsabeck was the CEO and member of the GMO board of directors from 2011-2016. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as the director of global client relations and marketing and became a member of the executive committee in 2006. Mr. Hilsabeck joined GMO in 2003 where led the U.S. client relations team and was involved in business development. From 1996-2003, he was a managing director of State Street Global Advisers (SSGA), responsible for marketing and client service for the western U.S. Prior to joining SSGA, he held management and business development roles at Putnam Investments and Aetna Capital Management. Mr. Hilsabeck is a member of the ownership group for a professional Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) team – the Dallas Wings. Mr. Hilsabeck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Westminster College (1986) in Fulton, Mo.
