(NYSE: CMLP) will be removed from the Tortoise MLP Index® (TMLP) and Tortoise North American Pipeline Index℠ (TNAP) as a result of today’s announcement that Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) received approval for the merger with CMLP. Rebalancing of TMLP and TNAP constituents occurred after the close of business today, following the close of the transaction, consistent with the indices’ methodologies.
