Ms. Connie Martin joined Tortoise in 2012, supporting business development administrative activities. Previously, Ms. Martin served as senior vice president for Scout Investments, Inc., and chief operating officer and corporate secretary of the Scout Funds. She also served in brokerage and mutual fund operations roles at Country Club Financial Services, UMB Financial Services, and as client relations director at Jones & Babson, Inc. (an investment company distributor and service provider). Ms. Martin studied business management and English at Rockhurst University (Kansas City, Mo.).
