Ms. Diane Bono joined the firm in 2005 and serves as a managing director and chief compliance officer of the firm and other registered investment advisers. She is also secretary and chief compliance officer of Tortoise's closed-end funds. Previously, Ms. Bono was a corporate and securities law attorney with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Ms. Bono earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Blackburn College, (Carlinville, Ill.) a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University (Boston) and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University.
