Jeffrey Kruske *

Mr. Jeffrey Kruske joined the firm in 2017 and serves as managing director and general counsel. Mr. Kruske has more than a decade of legal experience focused on the investment and securities industry. Previously, he served as general counsel in the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner. Prior to that, he maintained a private practice focusing on securities and business litigation. Mr. Kruske earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from William Jewell College (Liberty, Mo.) and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University (Topeka, Ks.).
