Haley Hoeven

Haley joined the firm in 2020 and is the Director of Sustainability & Responsible Investing at Ecofin. She is responsible for the firm’s sustainability and ESG credentials, regulatory and governance framework, impact reporting, and other strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Haley served as Vice President of Product Development, leading new product and organic growth efforts in support of global business development.

Prior to Ecofin, Haley served as a senior equity trader at Tradebot Systems where she focused on researching and developing high frequency trading strategies across U.S. equity markets. She earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri and has passed the Series 57 and 63 certifications.

Haley serves on the Strategic Advisory Committee for The Giving Grove, a non-profit organization that seeks to improve food security in low-income communities by developing sustainable orchards in neighborhoods. She is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, a dog lover, and enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake.
